We offer a return policy to all domestic purchases so long as the product has not been opened, and is within 21 day of the original purchase date. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Customer, by making the purchase, fully understands that the majority of our products contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil.
2.Andy’s Products, and its affiliate companies, are committed to provide quality products and the customer understands that our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. We advise all customers to check with their healthcare professional before starting a new dietary supplement program.
3.Customer is fully responsible for returning the unopened product within 21 days, and has alerted us via email (sales@andysproducts.com) that they are returning a product. We will provide you with our return address.
4.Customer understands that refunds or credits may take 30 days.
5.At purchase, you accept and understand out return policies.
6.Andy’s Products will only accept returns from retail purchases made at our online store. We will not allow returns from purchases made at any retail store or website other than andyshempproducts.com

Our Shipping Policy (November, 2020)

For all domestic purchases, we offer a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per shipment so long as the shipment fits in our standard 6” by 6” by 2” box or smaller. We utilize ground shipping service, which allows us to assist more consumers in a more reliable, quicker and economical way to distribute all orders. Packages can take 4-8 days from placing an order to arrival at your door. Larger Purchases that do not fit into our standard box as referenced above, may be charged a higher shipping fee depending on size and weight of each package. These rates will be determined at or near the time of purchase. We do ship internationally using various shipping services. Rates for international purchases will be determined at or near the time of purchase depending on size of the shipment, weight and the destination of the shipment.
